Hope in Dry Places
In Africa, widows are often seen as having no value, and this gives them a purpose as they’re able to adopt orphans, giving the children a “mother or a grandma” while giving the widows that same kind of family. This ministry provides for both.
Through this Feeding Program, Apostles Dan and Mary Amakobe and the leaders they partner with oversee providing cabbages and flour to each of the widows in their care. They’re also walking alongside them as they teach these women how to start and run their own businesses to provide for their families.
We’re watching as God breathes life into homes and reveals His love for each of them as He cares for their needs.
